The Pike & Fischer ephemera collection, 1932-1942.

Consists of items relating to Pike & Fischer, including a typescript of James A. Pike's Yale University graduate thesis, sales pamphlets and brochures, petitions and briefs submitted to the U.S. Supreme Court, and a copy of Moore's federal practice. Forms, Vol. 4, by Pike and Fischer under the general supervision of James A. Pike and Henry G. Fischer. The collection also contains a photocopy of an article from the Yale Law Journal, Vol. 47 (1937/1938) entitled: Objections to pleadings under the new federal rules of civil procedure / by James A. Pike. There are also color and black & white photographs of James A. Pike, Henry G. Fischer, John W. Willis, and John Sukenik.
